When you first contact me, I am very much aware that you are most probably in some sort of pain, and that you are seeking an immediate help to reduce it. You may have painful thoughts or memories, painful feelings or habits, a painful relationship, painful way of making decisions, painful way of looking at yourself, painful ways of reducing other pains, or a painful way of life. Some of those have names: depression, anxiety, phobia, panic, ADHD, stress, mal-adjustment, PTSD, eating disorder. Others are less easily labeled, but are as painful. Such are relationship problems, conflict, anger, emptiness, low self-esteem, loss of a person, and loss of direction.

It’s my job to help you reduce such pain. Not always it works really fast. But it does usually work. And I am trying to do it fast.

In order to reduce such pain, we first need to understand it, then to challenge it, then finding ways to replace it with something less painful and more fulfilling and pleasant. In a nutshell, that’s what therapy is about.
How to proceed: You contact me, we make an appointment. You may ask me for more information on the phone or email. You tell me what hurts and I offer a plan that we discuss together. Depends on the problem, you would be offered dynamic psychotherapy, family therapy, trauma-related therapy, critical incident debriefing, cognitive- behavioral therapy, conflict mediation & resolution, relaxation techniques, or psychiatric medication from an associate psychiatrist.

The key to success: Regular, hourly, weekly or twice weekly, sessions.

Fee: 1200 CZK / 50 minutes.
